Welcome to Coach's Corner.A scoreline that really flatters and disapoints us as a team. 24-18 down after being down 20-nil at h/time is not what we were after. Through some very lazy defence we allowed Tweed to all but take the game away from us with 4 first half trys. The boys had a good think about it and set their minds to turning the score board around. We got back to 20-18 down with 3 well deserved team trys and looked like making another miracle come back. It wasn't to be. 3 kick-off's from Tweed and 2 we knocked on and 1 went into touch along with 3 penalty touch finders which DID NOT GO OUT summed up our day. We now, after other results go from 3rd.. on the ladder to 5th. and face a must win next week at home against Sunny Coast to play semi-final footy. Results to us could see us jump back up to 3rd. What a comp. I hope you come out on saturday (3pm.) to support the boys and cheer them to a much needed and deserved win to keep the dream alive. Players Player Rhys Chapman (f/row capt.) R.T.Edwards Ipswich Jets Colts Coach Mark Bishop.
